Peritale is a hormonal wellness platform operated by MARKABLE Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). Peritale is a general wellness product, not a medical device. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Peritale service at peritale.online and related applications.
2. What We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide
- Account information: Email address, name (optional), age range
- Wellness data: Symptom selections from our 70+ item questionnaire
- Cognitive data: Performance metrics from cognitive assessment tasks (reaction time, accuracy scores)
- Communications: Messages you send us via email or contact forms
Information collected automatically
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source

3. Your Selfie and Facial Data
This section is important. We want to be completely transparent about how your facial image is handled:
- Processing: Your selfie is analyzed by our AI to extract numerical wellness data points (texture values, tone values, volume measurements).
- Image storage: Your facial image is stored in encrypted form on our servers to enable your wellness profile generation and longitudinal tracking across multiple checks. You may request deletion of your stored images at any time.
- Numerical data: In addition to the image, we retain numerical wellness data derived from the analysis.
- No facial recognition: We do not use your image for facial recognition, identity verification, or any purpose other than wellness pattern analysis.
- No third-party sharing: Your facial data is never shared with, sold to, or made available to third parties.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Generate your personal hormonal wellness profile
- Track your wellness patterns over time (when you do multiple checks)
- Create your provider-ready wellness summary
- Improve our algorithms and wellness models (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
- Send you results and, if you opt in, wellness updates
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do NOT use your data to:
- Sell to third parties
- Create advertising profiles
- Perform facial recognition
- Make medical diagnoses
5. Who We Share Data With
We share data only with:
- Service providers: Hosting (Netlify), analytics (Google Analytics), payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
- At your direction: When you choose to share your wellness summary with a healthcare provider.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental request.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use:
- Google Analytics (G-EKN2TP5SW8): To understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymized usage data. You can opt out using Google's opt-out tool.
- Essential cookies: To remember your cookie consent preference and login state.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking pixels.

You may request deletion at any time.
10. Data Retention
- Wellness data: Retained as long as your account is active, or until you request deletion
- Facial images: Stored in encrypted form while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion or upon your request
- Analytics data: Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement
- Account data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
11. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security assessments
- Secure data processing practices
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
Peritale is designed for women ages 35-55 and is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
