How it works

Seven minutes. All you.

It all happens on your phone, no appointment, no lab, no waiting room. Four quick checks, then you see your own picture, and you come back each month to watch it move.

Your first read is free. No card. No blood draw.

A wellness check-in, not a medical test or a diagnosis. It reads patterns, not any specific condition.

What we check

Four quick checks, one clear picture.

Each one looks at a different signal that can shift during the perimenopause transition. None of it needs a lab. You just need your phone and a quiet few minutes.

01

Your face

A selfie in good light reads facial patterns associated with this stage. You don't have to do anything but look at the camera. About two minutes.

02

A thinking check

A few short, game-like rounds that look at attention, word-finding and recall, the everyday clarity that can come and go right now. About two minutes.

03

A senses check

Two quick checks of hearing and vision, two senses that quietly change in midlife and almost nobody thinks to look at. About one minute.

04

Your symptoms

You tell us what you've actually been feeling, in your own words, and Peritale maps which symptoms tend to cluster together. About two minutes.

~7 minutes total From your phone No blood draw No appointment

What you see

Then your picture comes together.

The moment you finish, each signal turns into its own score and a simple status, Good, Monitor or Notice. Side by side, in plain language, they become one picture of where you are today. Private, and yours.

Your signals also roll up into your Peritale Score, a personal number you can come back to. It is your own baseline to watch over time, never a grade and never a pass or fail.

Illustrative numbers. Peritale reads wellness signals and shows you your own picture. It does not measure hormones, and it does not diagnose any condition.

From the real product

One part of your read, up close.

This is your thinking check, the way it actually looks on your phone. Clear, calm, and easy to read. No jargon, no numbers you need a doctor to translate, just your own picture in language that finally makes sense.

The Peritale focus and memory results on a phone

One part of your read: your focus and memory results. Real product screen.

Then you come back

Re-check each month, and watch yourself move.

Your first read sets your baseline. From there, you come back about once a month, full read, same seven minutes, and your own picture starts to move. The shift is too slow to feel day to day. This is where you finally get to see it.

First read

Your baseline

Your starting picture across face, thinking, senses and symptoms. The honest "this is where I am right now."

Between reads

One small thing a day

About twenty simple daily tools hold the space between reads, breathe, sleep, steady your mood, clear the fog. No streak to lose.

Each month

Watch it move

Re-check and see your own picture change, even before you can feel the difference yourself.

Your picture is yours to watch over time. Peritale shows you your own signals moving; it does not diagnose or evaluate any treatment.

When you choose to

Walk into your appointment with the real picture.

Every read becomes a clear summary of what you've actually been feeling, and what's changed since last time. Bring it to your doctor so you stop explaining yourself from scratch, and start being understood.

The summary your doctor receives from Peritale

The real summary your doctor receives: your symptoms, your signals, and what has changed since last time. (Real product report; a Peritale-branded version is the ideal.)

This summary is here to support your conversation. It is not a diagnosis or medical advice.

Plain about it

What a read does, and what it never does.

What Peritale does

  • + Reads facial patterns, thinking, hearing, vision and your symptoms
  • + Shows you a clear picture, in plain language
  • + Tracks how your own picture moves over time
  • + Gives you a summary you can share with your doctor

What it never does

  • Sell your data. Ever.
  • Measure your hormones or run a blood test
  • Diagnose you, or replace your doctor
  • Keep your photo without your consent

Honest answers

Before you start.

How long does it really take? +
About seven minutes, from your phone. A selfie, a short thinking and senses check, and a few questions about how you feel. You can do it in one sitting or pick it back up later.
Do I need a blood test or an appointment? +
No. Everything happens on your phone, with your front camera. There is no blood draw, no lab, and no appointment to book. Your first read is free, with no card.
What happens to my selfie? +
Your photo is encrypted and stored only with your consent, to support your wellness picture over time. You can delete it at any time, and it is never sold.
Does Peritale measure my hormones? +
No. Peritale does not measure hormone levels and is not a blood test. It reads visible and functional wellness signals, facial patterns, thinking, hearing, vision and your symptoms, and shows how they line up over time.
How often should I re-check? +
About once a month. Your first read sets your baseline, and a monthly read matches your own rhythm well enough to show real change without becoming a chore. The daily tools hold the space in between.
Is this a medical test? +
No. Peritale is a general wellness product, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. It is a personal wellness companion; your healthcare provider is your best resource for medical concerns.
