Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and understand how you interact with the site.
Cookies We Use
We use a minimal number of cookies, and analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you choose to accept, no analytics, session-recording or visitor-counting script is loaded and nothing is sent to analytics providers. A "Cookie settings" control on every page lets you change or withdraw your choice at any time. It clears the cookies and reloads the page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies. On this website we do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking cookies.

| Visitor counter | Analytics (our own counter) | Records the page and your country for daily counts. Runs only after you accept analytics cookies | Daily counts only |
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They remember your cookie consent choice and set no analytics. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies
Analytics run only after you accept them. When you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9GKG02ZL9Z) to understand, in grouped form, how visitors use our site, and Microsoft Clarity for grouped session insights and heatmaps that help us improve usability. This includes pages visited, device type and approximate location.
We do not use analytics to identify you personally. Some data, such as your IP address, may be processed by Google or Microsoft as part of providing the analytics service. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can read more in Microsoft's privacy statement.
Web Fonts and Code Libraries
When a page loads, your browser contacts Google Fonts and, in the mapping flow, jsDelivr (which serves the library that tracks your face on your own device). They see your IP address and browser type. This happens regardless of your analytics choice. We are moving both onto our own servers.
Contact Form and Chat
If you use the contact form or chat on the website, your name, email, message and the page you wrote from are passed to our form provider, Formspree, in the United States, so we can answer you.
How to Manage Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the site.
Third-Party Cookies
Once you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies on your device. Their own policies govern their use of this data. See Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
